No Refunds
We do not offer refunds of any kind
No Call / No Shows
If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.
Tardiness
We have a 15 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services with Dayra Belem.
Confirmation Text
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to reply to. However, if you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you need to reschedule, so we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full deposit refund. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Please note that multiple late cancellations may prevent you from booking future appointments with Dayra Belem.
IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT’S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.
ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF DAYRA BELEM.
